Egnyte integration overview

Automate the uploading of your Form PDF's to your connected Egnyte account with the GoFormz-Egnyte integration.

Updated over a week ago

Egnyte provides enterprise-level content storage and collaboration for your organization's digital documents. With the GoFormz-Egnyte connection you can set up a Workflow to automatically upload your Form PDF's to your connected Egnyte account.

Your Egnyte integration can have multiple connections. Add your connections in one of two ways: while setting up your Workflow recipe, or on the App Connections page.

If you want to add your connection while setting up your Workflow recipe, you’ll select a recipe in the Workflow Recipes Library. When choosing your action configuration details, click the Connection menu and select “+ Add Connection”.

Add a connection on the web app without setting up a Workflow recipe when you navigate to the Workflows tab and click Manage app connections. You'll navigate to the App Connections page where you can also manage your existing connections.

With your connection added, you'll set up your Workflows. Available GoFormz-Egnyte Workflows include:

Upload submitted Public Form to Egnyte

Send Public Forms directly to your connected Egnyte account as soon as they're submitted with the "Upload Submitted Public Form to Egnyte" Workflow. This gives prompt access to submitted Public Forms via Egnyte for users who need it.

Store completed Forms on your Egnyte account to give access to PDF versions of your Forms wherever you have access to Egnyte. With this recipe, you can trigger delivery based on your required criteria.

Upload a scheduled report to Egnyte

Schedule Template-based reporting with GoFormz reports. Because your reports change as you receive Forms, you’ll want to run regular reports to track changes. With this Workflow recipe, you can automatically upload those reports to Egnyte.
