About Form view and List view

Build both Form and List views for your Templates to provide your Form Users with dynamic options when they fill out Forms.

Updated this week

When you build a Template, you can provide your Form Users with both Form and List view options. You collect the same information with either view (so long as you include the necessary data fields).

Form view displays your field set on your existing digital document.

In Form view, users navigate through the mapped fields like they’d fill out a paper form. Form Users who prefer the experience of filling out a document with which they’re already familiar may prefer Form view.

List view is a mobile-optimized field set.

The fields in List view are laid out - and filled out - as standardized boxes. Design elements - like field and background appearance - are uneditable. Group your fields into sections or tabs as necessary.
